Cancellation & Refund Policy:
All requests for space cancellation must be submitted to ACE in writing. Refunds are issued based on the following timeline:
-More than 60 days prior to opening: A 50% refund of total monies received will be provided.
-Less than 60 days prior to opening: No refunds will be issued, and the entire cost of the booth space will be forfeited. An exception may be made only if the exhibit hall is sold out and the specific space is successfully resold.

Weather & Force Majeure:
ACE reserves the right to cancel, shorten, or reschedule the conference due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other "Acts of God" beyond the organization's control. In the event of a weather-related cancellation:
-ACE is not liable for any expenses incurred by exhibitors or sponsors, including travel, shipping, or promotional costs.
-Refunds or credits for booth space and sponsorships will be determined at the sole discretion of ACE leadership, contingent upon recovered costs and insurance coverage.

Final Payment Deadline:
Full payment for all sponsorship packages must be received within 90 days of the initial sponsorship selection or commitment date. If this timeframe will not be met, you must notify ACE leadership upon selection of the sponsorship.

Conference Cut-off Date:
To guarantee the fulfillment of all associated benefits, including signage, digital recognition, and onsite activations, payment must be settled in full no later than 30 days prior to the start of the conference.

Delinquent Payments:
If full payment is not received by the 30-day pre-conference deadline, ACE reserves the right to withhold or remove all sponsorship benefits (e.g., logo placement and exhibit space) and reassign the sponsorship opportunity to other interested parties.
